What You Receive from Simply Draft

For each project, Simply Draft provides a complete, council-ready document set including:

• Site plan with boundaries, existing structures, and setbacks

• Floor plan of proposed works

• Elevations and sections

• Materials and construction notes

• Stormwater and drainage layout (if applicable)

• Supporting statements for DA or CDC

These documents can be used directly by builders, contractors, or submitted to council/certifiers.
